All purchases through Nurtured by Nature are processed by PayHip. This Refund Policy is designed to align with PayHip’s standard policies while reflecting the nature of our specific Products.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you have not yet downloaded or accessed your purchase and encounter a technical issue, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.

If you experience a technical failure that prevents access to your product and we are unable to resolve it, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of download status.
